Terms of Service.
1. Scope of Services
Austin HVAC Pro (the "Company") provides diagnostic, repair, and installation services for residential and commercial HVAC systems. By requesting service, you agree to provide our TACL licensed technicians safe access to the property, including attics and crawl spaces.
2. Estimates & Upfront Pricing
All digital or verbal estimates are preliminary. A final, binding quote will be provided in writing after an on-site physical inspection. Pricing is flat-rate and must be approved via signature BEFORE work commences. Any additional parts discovered during repair will require a supplemental approval.
3. Payment Terms (Texas Property Code)
Payment is due immediately upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards and financing via third-party partners. NOTICE: Under the Texas Property Code, Chapter 53, the Company reserves the right to file a Mechanic’s Lien on the property if payment is not received in full for labor and materials provided.
4. Warranty & Disclaimer
Services are provided "AS IS" except for specific parts warranties provided by manufacturers (e.g., Trane, Carrier). Our 12-month labor guarantee is limited to the specific repair performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing system failures or architectural damage related to existing equipment neglect.
5. Emergency Service & Heat Dome Disclosure
While we strive for a 30-minute dispatch, response times are subject to extreme weather events ("Heat Domes"), winter storms, and I-35 corridor traffic. The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from delayed response times during regional emergencies.
6. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Austin, Travis County, Texas. You hereby waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Austin HVAC Pro and its parent holding company.
